100% of total amount in advance Or 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance
before delivery.
Q4: How about the delivery time?
A4: For normal machines we can send out the machine within 5-7 days after
receive the full payment.
For non standard machines and customized machines according to client's
specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.
Q5: How can I know your machine is work well?
A5: Before delivery, we have tested every machine and shoot some test video
for you. If you have special production condition, we can adjust machine for
you according to your work requirements.
Q6: How can I get support from you ?
A6: Our engineers are online for 24 hours, they can check the problems and
give you solution very soon.
If you don't know how to use the machine, We have English manual and CD video
for machine using and maintaining , that will be delivery with machine. And we
supply service through email, telephone, online, Whats App skype etc.
