1.Details english manual book which explain the use of machines and software. Guide the customer proper use, extend product life and reduce energy consumption.
2.English documents instruction to show you how to install the machine according to each machine of order(including photos and words).

4.Three years for laser source, two years warranty for small parts we can send new as free. For core components parts, we need you send back the broken one to repair.

6.We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine without materials for a few days, and then mark materials for test. After making sure the machine is the best performance, then ship out the machine.

Q1: How about the delivery time?
A1: For normal machines we can send out the machine within 10 days after receive the deposit
Q2:how about the delivery term?
A2: we can do FOB ,CIF and DOOR TO DOOR
Q3:what's the payment term?
A3: we accept: TT,LC,Paypal,Credit card,moneygrame etc.30% deposit is needed for machine production the balance paid before delivery or at sight of copy of BL.
Q4: how about the warranty time?
A4:The whole machine warranty is 2 years, And the laser source warranty is 3 years.
If problems within warranty period ,we do as following:
1)Electrical components: Switching power supply, AC contactor, Switch buttons. If have quality problem in within 2 years,we sent to you a new one and free.
2).Motherboard and galvanometer have quality problems, We will send the new one to you , But the customer needs to return the old part to us.
3).If the laser source have quality problems,the user need send the fiber laser source back to our company and we will repair it and send back to you free.
Note :Product damage by All man-made or accident are not covered.
